Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits clients, shape client agendas, and build executive relationships across engagements.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, governance, risk management, and strategic delivery while driving growth and modernization efforts across platforms and data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15+ years of consulting, insurance, or transformation experience.
• 8+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with policy administration platforms in PAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and multi-workstream programs.
• Serve as executive delivery leader with governance and client satisfaction accountability.
• Drive revenue growth through account leadership and opportunities.
• Oversee architecture, data, integration, and implementation activities.
• Mentor managers and build high-performing delivery teams.
