Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join EY's Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving large-scale enterprise transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity and Group Benefits clients.

You will provide strategic leadership across multiple engagements, shape client transformation agendas, develop executive level relationships, and help drive the growth of EY's BTG practice.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in consulting, insurance, or business transformation.
• 8+ years in Life, Annuity or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience managing executive client relationships and deals.
• Experience with multi-vendor delivery and offshore/onshore models.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs with P&L responsibility.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business line leaders.
• Direct multiple engagements across complex client portfolios and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee architecture, data, integration, testing, and change management activities.
