Zusammenfassung

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity and Group Benefits clients, shaping client agendas and building executive relationships.

You will guide multi‑discipline delivery teams, drive growth of EY's BTG practice, and ensure governance, risk management, and value realization across engagements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
• 8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs with multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Demonstrated success managing executive client relationships and driving business development.
• Experience leading large consulting teams and managing engagement financials, forecasting, and profitability.
• Experience with one or more policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC LifePro) or comparable PAS solutions.

Aufgaben

• Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs and ensure program success, governance, and client satisfaction.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders.
• Chair executive steering committees and guide modernization strategies and platform transformation.
• Direct multiple engagements and workstreams across complex client portfolios.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and collaborate with account leadership to drive revenue growth.
• Define transformation strategies, operating models, roadmaps, and governance structures.
• Oversee architecture, data, integration, conversion, testing, change management, and release activities.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and enterprise architecture strategies.
• Lead risk management and executive issue resolution.
• Drive AI-enabled delivery, automation, and advanced analytics across engagements.
• Lead and develop managers and consultants; foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Support business development, pursue opportunities, and shape proposals.
