Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits clients, shaping agendas, building executive relationships, and driving growth across engagements.

You will provide overall leadership for complex programs, overseeing strategy, delivery, organizational change, and outcomes across multiple workstreams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
• 8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs across multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Demonstrated success managing executive client relationships and driving business development.
• Experience leading large consulting teams and managing engagement financials, forecasting, and profitability.
• Experience with policy administration platforms and modern PAS solutions.
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuity and group benefits value chain.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive delivery leader for strategic transformation programs, accountable for overall program success, financial performance, governance, and client satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders (CIOs, COOs, Heads of Operations).
• Lead executive steering committees and governance forums with thought leadership on trends and modernization.
• Direct multiple concurrent engagements and workstreams across complex client portfolios.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and collaborate with account leadership to drive revenue growth.
• Define transformation strategies, target operating models, roadmaps, and governance structures.
• Provide oversight across architecture, data, integration, conversion, testing, and change management.
• Lead talent development and sponsor performance management within BTG.
• Drive account growth strategies and originate new business opportunities.
