Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead large-scale transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity and Group Benefits clients, shaping agendas and developing executive relationships across engagements.

You will oversee multi-workstream projects, drive AI-enabled delivery, and support business development while guiding teams of consultants toward superior client outcomes and growth for EY's BTG practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
12–15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programs across multiple workstreams and vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs with accountability for overall program success and client satisfaction.
Establish trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders; lead governance forums and steering committees.
Oversee architecture, data, integration, conversion, testing, change management, and implementation activities.
Drive growth through account leadership, new business opportunities, and revenue expansion.
