Atrium is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to deliver white-glove technical support for senior executives in a fast-paced corporate setting. You will ensure laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools operate flawlessly while maintaining the highest level of discretion.

You will support both Apple and Microsoft ecosystems, manage MDM deployments, and partner with executive staff to minimize disruption during travel and events. The role demands professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT/desktop/end-user support experience.
• Minimum 3 years supporting C-level executives or VIP users in a polished corporate environment.
• Experience providing white-glove executive IT support.
• Experience with Apple iPhone, iPad, and Apple ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove IT support to senior executives.
• Provide real-time technical support for executive laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Configure and troubleshoot Apple iOS devices and Windows 11 systems.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Office 365, Zoom) and Intune MDM.
