Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
• 5+ years delivering technology services or end‑user support.
• Experience supporting senior executives or high‑profile users.
• Knowledge of IAM, MFA, endpoint security, encryption, and mobile‑device management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical issues clearly to nontechnical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem‑solving, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive executive technology support to leadership and staff.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and device issues.
• Support Windows and Mac computers, smartphones, tablets, printers, and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Coordinate onboarding, device deployments, upgrades, and travel prep for executives.
• Lead service improvements and ensure smooth execution of meetings and events.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security controls and incident processes.
