Job summary

Blackstone Talent Group seeks an Executive IT Support Engineer to deliver white‑glove IT support for C‑suite executives and their assistants across a global footprint. You will anticipate issues, provide proactive, hands‑on support, and ensure seamless device, connectivity, and AV readiness in high‑stakes environments.

The role requires 5+ years in VIP IT support, strong MS 365, AD, Intune, and Mac management expertise, plus exceptional judgment and communication in fast‑paced settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
• 5+ years in technical IT support, with VIP/Executive experience.
• Strong ITIL-aligned service operations knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, AD/AAD, Intune, and macOS management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated IT support for C-suite executives and their assistants.
• Provide proactive, on-site and remote executive IT support during meetings and travel.
• Ensure devices, peripherals, and connectivity are always operational.
• Troubleshoot Windows/Mac, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Zoom, Webex, and AV systems.
• Manage VPNs, hotspots, provisioning, and international connectivity readiness.
• Oversee AV setups for board meetings and events.
• Log incidents in ServiceNow and maintain run-books.
