Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Technology Specialist to own end-to-end tech support for senior executives across office, remote work, travel, and events. You will serve as the primary escalation point for executives and assistants, offering on-call support and expert guidance on Apple and Microsoft endpoints, collaboration tools, and secure deployments.

Qualifications

5+ years of direct experience supporting senior executives.
Expertise with Windows 11 and Apple ecosystem incl. iPhone/iPad/watchOS/iCloud.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Zoom.
Strong crisis management, discretion, and executive presence.
Experience with residential home automation (Lutron/Crestron).

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end tech support for senior executives across office, remote work, travel, residences, executive meetings, events, and off-sites.
Serve as the primary technical escalation point for executive leadership, Executive Assistants, and their teams.
Provide responsive on-call support to onsite and remote users, including evenings and weekends.
Lead complex executive technology and infrastructure initiatives with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners.
Architect, implement, and operate secure custom solutions and automations to improve efficiency and scalability.
