Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional IT support experience.
• 3+ years in dedicated executive or C-suite IT support.
• Hands-on support for iPhone/iPad and Apple iOS.
• Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 support experience.
• Experience with Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and collaboration tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Professional presentation and white-glove service.
• Ability to work onsite with high-demand executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, white-gl glove IT support to C-suite and senior executive users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, and application issues in real time.
• Support and maintain iPhones and iPads, including device configuration and synchronization.
• Support Windows 11, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, O365, Zoom, OneNote, and other enterprise applications.
• Partner closely with executive administrative teams to proactively identify and resolve technology issues.
• Configure devices, perform software updates, and provide proactive system maintenance.
• Provide technical support during meetings, business travel, and other high-priority situations.
• Escalate complex issues to internal IT teams while maintaining ownership of the executive experience.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive executive information.
• Provide occasional after-hours or remote support as needed.
