Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise IT support or User Services.
• 3+ years supporting executives or VIPs.
• Expert-level troubleshooting for Windows, M365, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with conference room and AV in executive settings.
• Strong communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove support for C-suite and VIP users.
• Serve as primary technical contact for executive tech needs with onsite/remote support.
• Support executive meetings and leadership events.
• Lead complex incident resolution and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and vendor teams to ensure reliable tech services.
