Job summary

Dahl Consulting is seeking an Executive Level - IT Support professional to provide high-touch technical support to executive leadership in a St. Paul headquarters setting.

The role focuses on ensuring smooth IT experiences across locations, meetings, and events. You will support Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, manage AV and collaboration tools, and partner with leadership to resolve issues quickly while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of executive-level IT, technology operations, or AV support.
• At least 1 year of experience with AI technology for process improvement and workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and other enterprise productivity apps.
• Knowledge of AV technologies, conferencing platforms, and meeting room support.
• Experience with ticketing systems and meeting SLAs/OLAs.
• Strong customer service orientation with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on and remote technical support for hardware, software, and end-user computing issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and support business applications and productivity tools.
• Support AV, video conferencing, and collaboration technologies for executive meetings and events.
• Coordinate AV setups for on-site and off-site leadership meetings.
• Deliver white-glove support to executive stakeholders and their teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• Perform site evaluations and technology readiness for events.
• Support Windows, macOS, and mobile OS with high service standards.
• Occasional after-hours and off-site support as needed.

Education
