Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience supporting end-user technologies.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical support teams.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and VIP populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive and VIP technology support services across the enterprise.
• Maintain a white-glove support model emphasizing responsiveness and discretion.
• Escalate and resolve critical executive technology incidents and outages.
• Define standards, procedures, and playbooks for executive support.
• Partner with executive leadership to align services with business priorities.
• Develop and mentor Executive Technology Support personnel.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and regulatory requirements.
