Job summary

Liberty Hospital is seeking an Executive Support Technician I to deliver best-in-class IT support to providers, executives, and their staff both onsite and remotely for home workers. Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• 4+ years of experience in field if no Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in enterprise or healthcare IT support
• Professional experience with Apple iOS, iPadOS and MacOS and Apple hardware
• Experience with Microsoft technologies including: Active Directory, Teams, Intune, Outlook, Office 365, SCCM, and video conferencing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, clinical and/or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.
• Assist providers, executives, and their staff with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of computing platforms, mobile devices, peripherals, and software.
• Deliver “white glove” level support via phone, email, chat, or desk side in a prompt, professional manner.
• Respond quickly to outages and restore service; provide AV support for presentations and events.
• Onboard providers with mobile device configuration for patient care including EPCS enrollment and EMR mobility apps.
• Collaborate with HITS teams and vendors; own escalated issues for providers/executives.
