Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a high-level IT Support professional to assist C-suite and VIP users. The role covers on-site and remote support for computers, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 tools, ensuring professional, discreet, and timely service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience / certifications.
3 years of experience or equivalent education / certifications.
IT certifications like A+, Network+, MS900, Security+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support for executives and VIP users.
Resolve issues across computers, mobile devices, phones, and collaboration tools.
Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and conference room tech.
Troubleshoot network connectivity and endpoint problems with minimal disruption.
Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams as needed.
