Job summary

Oeconnection- is seeking a highly polished technology professional to provide white-glove IT support to our C-suite and senior leaders. You will configure, manage, and troubleshoot executive devices, and own boardroom AV and collaboration systems to ensure a seamless digital experience.

You will mentor teammates, contribute to service excellence, and collaborate with IT leadership to evaluate new technologies and processes. Occasional on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience with conference room AV systems and video conferencing tools.
• Experience supporting boardrooms or executive briefings.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Intune or JAMF.
• Exposure to digital signage, room scheduling, or smart office tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level technical support to C-suite and senior leaders.
• Configure and troubleshoot executive devices (laptops, workstations, peripherals, mobile devices).
• Own boardroom and conference room tech, AV systems, videoconferencing, and presentation tools.
• Proactively monitor executive tech environments to pre-empt issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and apps teams to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding for executive team members.
