Job summary

Archer, based in Silicon Valley, seeks an Executive IT Support Technician to be the dedicated tech resource for its leadership team. You will deliver rapid on-site and remote support, ensuring executives have seamless access to laptops, mobile devices, and home-office setups.

You will manage A/V and meeting tech, deploy and maintain executive hardware, and handle onboarding/offboarding with strong discretion and SOX/ISO-aligned privacy practices. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support, with executive exposure preferred.
• Ability to work 5 days onsite at HQ and align with executive schedules; travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid onsite and remote IT support for executives and leadership.
• Manage A/V and meeting tech to ensure flawless board presentations.
• Handle device management, imaging, provisioning, and security of executive hardware.
