Job summary

Archer, an aerospace company based in San Jose, California, is seeking a senior IT operations leader to guide end-user computing, ITSM processes, and workplace services across a fast-paced environment.

You'll own device management for macOS, Windows, and mobile, oversee AV/VC systems, and partner with HR, facilities, and communications to enhance employee experience while driving operational roadmaps and OKRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS / IT / IS or related field.
• 10+ years IT operations experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM capabilities.
• Deep experience supporting SaaS workplace and collaboration apps.
• Proven EUC asset lifecycles management and ITIL frameworks.
• Hands-on with identity management and AV/VC hardware.
• Track record of building and scaling IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing IT operations team overseeing Desk and IT Support.
• Provide end-to-end support for workplace productivity and collaboration tools.
• Own EUC hardware/software lifecycle including procurement and retirement.
• Oversee AV and video conferencing systems for hybrid meetings.
• Define and mature ITSM processes to drive standardization.
• Establish roadmaps, OKRs and capacity plans for all pillars.
• Own device management across macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms.
• Partner with HR, Facilities and Communications for on-boarding and rollouts.
