Archer in San Jose, CA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for employees, including computer, printer, network, and software/hardware issues. The role includes desktop imaging, device management, A/V support, and involvement in onboarding/offboarding and identity management.

Qualifications include at least 1+ year of IT experience and a technical degree or certifications.

Formación

• 1+ years of related IT work experience.
• 5 days onsite is required.
• Computer support related certifications or technical degree.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day to day technical support to employees for computer, printer, basic network, and internal systems software & hardware.
• Installs, configures, and troubleshoots desktop systems, corporate mobile devices, workstations, servers, and printers.
• Provide A/V support.
• Maintains file and other data integrity for traditional and cloud-based systems.
• Play critical role in onboarding/off-boarding and provisioning of services from computer setup to Identity Management setup.
