Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Executive IT Support Specialist to provide world-class IT support to our executive team. The role is onsite in McGregor, TX, requiring excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.

You will ensure state-of-the-art, always-on IT solutions for the executives. You will collaborate with IT, Applications, and Information Security teams, design and deploy enterprise technologies, and support AV for high-visibility meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience.
• 1+ years of executive IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer support with ownership and follow-through.
• Resolve escalations involving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with IT, Applications, and Information Security teams to enable executive solutions.
• Design, document, deploy, and support technologies used by the executive team in offices and residences.
• Provide AV and conference support for onsite and offsite meetings and executive sessions.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Manage schedules and provide after-hours and weekend support when necessary.
