Procore Technologies, Inc. seeks an IT Support, Executive Services to deliver white-glove technical support for the CEO and leadership in Austin. You will own executive hardware, AV for high-profile meetings, and proactive service delivery.

You will report to the Senior Manager, End User Services and work onsite daily with EAs, regional IT teams, and VIP guests to ensure seamless operations and zero-downtime hardware refreshes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting executive leadership and partnering with Executive Assistants.
• Strong familiarity with AV tech for high-profile meetings and conference room systems.
• Proficiency across macOS, Windows, and mobile devices to resolve multi-platform issues.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with Executive Assistants to plan around travel, meetings, and hardware upgrades.
• Deliver white-glove technical support to C-level executives and VIP visitors in Austin.
• Manage executive hardware assets and VIP spare inventories, with planned refreshes.
• Drive Tier 1-3 ticket resolution with fast SLA and alignment to changes.
• Provide end-to-end event tech execution for executive meetings and town halls.
• Collaborate with Digital Employee Experience to troubleshoot endpoint issues and automate deployments.
