Job summary

Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader of Human Resources to lead HR strategies on the sales floor and in-store leadership teams. The role focuses on building a guest-centric culture, coaching leaders, and driving store profitability while ensuring diverse and inclusive talent practices.

You will champion recruiting, on-boarding, and development of hourly team members and leaders, working closely with store leaders to deliver results and a positive guest experience across all shifts.
