Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader HR to lead and drive human resources strategies on the sales floor, partnering with store leaders to deliver guest-centric results. You will coach teams, manage talent, and ensure compliance with employment laws while fostering inclusion and a culture of continuous development.

The role emphasizes building diverse teams, improving store performance, and aligning HR initiatives with Target’s guest experience goals.

Qualifications

4-year degree or equivalent experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong business acumen.
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
Manage conflict and hold others accountable.
Relate well with all levels of the organization.
Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis and decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop HR strategies and goals; delivering results through your team.
Read financial reporting and interpret data.
Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.
Recruit, select and talent manage hourly team members and leaders.
Support business leaders; coaching and consulting with them in growing the business and selecting and developing their teams.
Develop a culture of inclusion and continuous learning within the store team.
