Job summary

Target in Garden Grove, California is seeking an Executive Team Leader – HR to build inclusive talent strategies and lead a team of HR Experts and store leaders devoted to supporting guests and teammates.

You will drive guest-centric service, manage scheduling, analyze store performance, coach leaders, and uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion while delivering on Target's purpose and business goals.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and create a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience, model, train, and coach expectations to deliver the service standard
