Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert in California to support store operations and drive guest-centric HR initiatives. You will help recruit, train, and schedule teammates while partnering with store leaders to ensure compliant, ethical staffing practices.

You will contribute to scheduling systems, payroll practices, and team development, helping create a safe, inclusive, and engaging workplace for guests and team members alike.
