Ascent Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to direct all Housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and the laundry department, in alignment with our standards for pristine cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The role includes budgeting, scheduling, training, and collaboration with maintenance and front office teams to sustain impeccable service and financial profitability.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in Supervisor or Manager role.
• Previous experience in a hotel preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must have basic mathematical skills.
• Must be able to apply basic principles and techniques of supervision.
• Ability to plan and organize the activities of others.
• Ability to get ideas accepted and to guide a group or individual to accomplish a task.
• Ability to modify leadership style and management approach to reach goal.
• Ability to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications.
• Ability to effectively handle conflict in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer all Housekeeping operations, including budgeting, forecasting and inventory control.
• Lead systems use and management, policy enforcement and meeting facilitation.
• Monitor and develop team performance; supervise, coach and recognize.
• Recruit, interview and train team members.
• Ensure proper usage, labeling and training of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Create and post weekly schedules for Housekeeping and Laundry teams.
• Verify rooms are ready for guest check-in and update records.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure guest room satisfaction.
• Oversee Laundry operations and equipment maintenance.
• Manage inventory and storage of housekeeping supplies.
• Log and report Lost and Found items as required.
