Ascent Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper in Enterprise, AL, to support the Executive Housekeeper and ensure top-notch cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role includes training, inspections, and inventory control while collaborating with Front Office and maintenance teams.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory hotel experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in a supervisor or manager role within hospitality.
• Previous hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to supervise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and quality standards for guest rooms and public areas.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to Executive Housekeeper.
• Manage inventory control for linens and supplies; report maintenance issues.
• Assist with training and room inspections; support Laundry operations as needed.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to maintain guest satisfaction.
