Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer all Housekeeping operations including laundry.
• Coordinate with maintenance and Front Office to ensure guest room readiness and satisfaction.
• Develop and manage scheduling, training, and performance coaching for team members.
• Recruit, interview, and train staff; monitor inventory and usage of chemicals and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards and maintain records.
