Ascent Hospitality in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to direct all housekeeping operations and oversee laundry, ensuring guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities meet the highest cleanliness standards.

You will lead a team, manage scheduling and training, coordinate with Front Office, monitor supply usage, and uphold safety and quality procedures to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum six months related experience or training.
• Able to lead a team of 15+ employees.
• Prior supervisor or manager experience in hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and administer all Housekeeping operations including systems, budgeting, inventory, and procedures.
• Lead and supervise Housekeeping and Laundry teams; provide coaching and scheduling.
• Recruit, interview, and train team members.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, public spaces, and laundry operations.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure guest room satisfaction.
• Maintain proper chemical usage and labeling; ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare weekly Housekeeping and Laundry schedules.
• Monitor performance and recognize staff.
