Responsibilities

• Ensure and maintain cleanliness and quality standards for guest rooms, public spaces, and laundry.
• Lead and administer housekeeping operations, budgeting, inventory and policy enforcement.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, scheduling, and recognition.
• Recruit, interview, and train team members.
• Ensure safe chemical handling and proper labeling of hazardous supplies.
• Create weekly schedules for Housekeeping and Laundry teams.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee Laundry operations and maintenance of equipment.
• Manage inventory and storage of housekeeping supplies.
• Log and report Lost and Found items and ensure security of stored areas.
