Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to direct and administer all Housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across the hotel. The role includes Laundry operations and close collaboration with the maintenance team.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in a hotel environment, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team of 15+ staff.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in Supervisor or Manager role.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer all Housekeeping operations, including budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation.
• Lead and develop team members; schedule, coach, and evaluate performance.
• Recruit, interview, and train team members.
