Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience required.
• Improve and maintain brand GSS scores (Current Hsk score 92.2%, goal 98%).
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage the housekeeping team to provide a clean and comfortable environment.
• Supervise staff, scheduling, and quality control for all hotel areas.
• Report to the Director of Rooms or General Manager.
