Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Birmingham, AL. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, train and support room attendants, and coordinate with departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The role reports to the Executive Housekeeper.

The job includes supervisory duties, managing inventory, and a pathway toward higher management roles within the hospitality field. A flexible schedule and a focus on excellence are expected.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
• A combination of education and experience
• Previous housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Supervise housekeeping staff, inspect rooms, and manage inventory and supplies.
• Report to the Executive Housekeeper or Director of Rooms.
• Opportunities for advancement within hospitality management, such as executive housekeeper, director of rooms, or general management.
