Qualifications

• A college degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience as Director of Engineering or in a similar role.
• Proven supervisory experience and knowledge of codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and engineering operations for the property.
• Manage maintenance staff and oversee repairs and upgrades.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure safety compliance and brand standards.
• Coordinate with General Manager and other departments.
• Monitor equipment and facilities for guest readiness.
