Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is looking for an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the Executive Housekeeper and ensure the overall cleanliness and quality of guest rooms and public spaces. You will assist training, inspections, and inventory control to achieve 100 percent guest satisfaction, with possible Laundry Department support.

The role requires supervisory hotel experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team, schedule work, and uphold brand culture

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality.
• Prior housekeeping or hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and lead teams.
• Willingness to work weekends/irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and quality standards for guest rooms and public areas.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Manage inventory control of linens and room supplies.
• Perform opening/closing procedures for housekeeping as needed.
• Inspect rooms daily to ensure brand standards and readiness.
• Support training and promote brand culture within the department.
