Job summary

Integral Hospitality Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned Hotel Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping and laundry teams in a busy property. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and support the General Manager in budgeting and maintaining brand standards.

The ideal candidate brings at least 4 years in hotel housekeeping, including 2 years as Assistant Executive Housekeeper, and Marriott experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in hotel housekeeping, including 2 years as Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
• Marriott brand experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, including evaluations and training.
• Schedule staff based on labor standards and occupancy forecasts.
• Assist the General Manager with the department budget.
• Monitor expenses to align with financial goals.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain room and public area cleanliness per brand standards.
• Report accurate room status updates to Front Office daily.
• Ensure proper handling of lost and found items.
• Maintain productivity and labor cost goals.
• Establish cost controls for staffing, linens, and supplies.
• Inventory linens, supplies, and equipment regularly.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and meet guest needs promptly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
