Ascent Hospitality is seeking a skilled Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the Executive Housekeeper and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas. The role involves training, inspections, inventory control, and possible support in the Laundry Department.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in Supervisor or Manager role.
• Previous experience in a hotel preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Able to apply basic supervision principles.
• Able to plan and organize activities of others.
• Ability to handle conflict in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and product quality standards for guest rooms and public spaces.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Manage inventory for linen and supplies.
• Perform opening/closing procedures for housekeeping as needed.
• Inspect rooms daily for brand standards and readiness for guest check-in.
• Coordinate training and assist with laundry operations as needed.
• Support Front Office to ensure guest room satisfaction.
• Ensure proper chemical handling and labeling per regulations.
• Assist with weekly housekeeping and laundry scheduling.
