Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking an Event Technician to provide on-site AV and conference technology support within the Enterprise Infrastructure Group in Boston, MA.

The role involves supporting Signature Venues at Commonwealth Pier and 245 Summer Street, with 7:30am-5pm on-site hours and on-call coverage during lunch hours, including occasional early or after-hours requests for executive and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong event support background with at least 5-10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site AV support for events and meetings.
• Coordinate with Signature Venues and Managed Events Teams for event delivery.
• Perform routine checks of AV equipment and monitor the floor.
• Lead the management of A/V requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Document processes and standards and communicate effectively within the team.
