Job summary

Latham & Watkins, a leading global law firm, seeks an Audiovisual Specialist for its Boston office. On-site 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, you’ll operate and support all conference room AV equipment including displays, codecs, and control systems, enabling high-quality video and audio conferencing.

Qualifications include two years of tech support, PC/MAC AV experience, and relevant certifications (Extron/Crestron/AVIXA CTS).

Qualifications

• Proficient in PC and MAC AV/VC support.
• Experience with high-quality videoconferencing and room control systems.
• Knowledge of IT and networking products related to AV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all conference room AV/tech is ready before meetings.
• Perform daily room checks; coordinate repairs with vendors/tech team.
• Operate conference room equipment during meetings and live switching.
• Monitor conference room scheduling; resolve conflicts with supervisor.
• Provide end-user IT support (connections, docking, printing, display).
• Protect confidential information handled by the firm.
