Encore in Denver is seeking a Director, Event Technology II to drive revenue and profitability at the assigned location. You will lead a high-performance team, manage P&L, and cultivate strong relationships with venue personnel to deliver World-Class event technology services.

The role requires AV experience, operational leadership, and a focus on sales and customer satisfaction. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with deep knowledge of AV equipment and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• 2+ years of operations/supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in a live show environment.
• Proficiency with computer hardware and with common software (Internet, Microsoft Office).
• Leadership abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members who may operate company vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue and profitability for the location by managing labor, equipment and costs.
• Oversee daily floor operations, scheduling, and equipment setup/strike to meet client expectations.
• Sell and present Encore offerings, prepare quotes and proposals, and support site visits and planning.
• Maintain World-Class service by building relationships with customers and venue personnel.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide technicians on-site to resolution.
• Develop and coach team members, manage performance, and ensure proper staffing and training.
