Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• 2+ years of operations/supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in a live show environment.
• Proficiency with computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profitability by managing labor, equipment, and costs.
• Manage location P&L and develop action plans to address deficiencies and grow the business.
• Schedule, equipment setups, operation and strikes; ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers; support site visits and planning meetings.
• Lead the team to deliver World-Class service and maintain strong venue relationships.
