Job summary

Encore in Denver is seeking a Director, Event Technology II to lead a high-performing team delivering world-class service for meetings and events. You will drive revenue growth, manage P&L, and partner with venue staff to ensure flawless execution of AV and event tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• 2+ years of operations/supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profitability for the location with cost controls.
• Manage daily floor operations, scheduling, and equipment setups.
• Lead sales efforts, prepare proposals, and present value to clients.
• Deliver world-class service and maintain client relationships on site.
• Oversee technical aspects and guide technicians during events.
• Develop team, coach staff, and ensure Encore standards.
