Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• 2+ years of operations or supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profitability for the location with strong cost controls.
• Oversee scheduling, equipment setup and service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies with regional leadership to maximize per-event revenue.
• Lead, train and develop venue operations staff.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM data and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with Encore standards and safety guidelines.
