Job summary

Encore seeks a Director, Event Technology II to lead AV operations for assigned venues, driving revenue and profitability while delivering world-class service. You will supervise staff, manage P&L, and collaborate with sales and venues to optimize event experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• 2+ years of operations/supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with AV equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profitability by managing location(s).
• Manage venue P&L and action plans to grow the business.
• Attend meetings and forecast with leadership.
• Deliver world-class service and maintain venue relationships.
• Coordinate with vendors and other departments to service events.
