Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• 2+ years of operations/supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in a live show environment.
• Proficiency with computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profitability for the location with cost control.
• Manage location P&L and develop action plans to grow the business.
• Schedule and oversee daily floor operations and equipment setups.
• Ensure on-time delivery of equipment and services to clients.
• Lead site visits and venue meetings to support events.
• Develop and train team to Encore standards and processes.
