Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Senior Principal Client Partner to own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients. You will secure executive relationships, drive revenue expansion, and ensure superior customer outcomes across managed and professional services.

You will lead multi-year, multi-SOW engagements, coordinate with solution engineering, delivery, and leadership teams, and align Spectrum’s cloud and advisory offerings with client business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of enterprise sales or strategic account experience.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and retain complex enterprise clients.
• Experience leading multi-year, multi-SOW engagements (typically $5M–$20M+).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage executive-level relationships across a portfolio of large enterprise clients.
• Drive revenue growth, retention, and outcomes across managed and professional services.
• Lead account planning, growth, and overall relationship health.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align solutions with client objectives.
• Manage the sales cycle from qualification through close and mitigate risks.
