Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise sales or client partner roles with C-suite exposure.
• Experience managing multi-year, multi-SOW engagements with large TCV.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and client retention in complex enterprise accounts.
• Strong business acumen linking technology to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level relationships across a portfolio of large enterprise clients.
• Drive growth, retention, and outcomes across managed and professional services.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned to client objectives and long-term success.
• Lead multi-SOW engagements from opportunity to close.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and resource alignment.
• Identify risks to growth and create mitigation strategies.
• Serve as executive escalation point for client issues.
