The Executive Director will manage budgeting, staff development, and regulatory reporting, while coordinating with local authorities and the management company. Flexibility for evening/weekend hours is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree; 3+ years' experience as an Executive Director or equivalent in senior living/healthcare
• Proven success managing all aspects of senior community operations
• Strong knowledge of state/federal regulations and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead a management team and drive revenue and occupancy growth
