Qualifikationen

• Strong sales leadership and ability to grow census.
• Customer service excellence with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a management team and staff development.
• Proven financial management proficiency.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends; reside within 30 miles.

• Oversee operation and management of the community and all marketing, business and financial functions.
• Lead hiring to ensure compliance with laws and within budgets.
• Prepare annual budget and monitor budgetary compliance across departments.
• Review monthly finances and develop corrective plans as needed.
• Oversee contracts for services and manage risk assessments and incidents.
• Maintain occupancy and develop/implement marketing plans to sustain census.
• Engage with local/regional groups and regulators to maintain community relations.
• Plan and manage capital improvement projects and maintenance programs.
• Oversee Resident relations, grievance processes, and move-in transitions.
