Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Director.
• Must hold current administrative license for the state.
• Experience in managing senior living operations.
• Strong sales leadership and census growth ability.
• Proficient financial management and budgeting.
• Ability to lead a management team and staff development.
• Knowledge of local/state/federal regulations.
• Willingness to live within 30 miles and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of the community.
• Manage marketing, business, and financial functions.
• Lead hiring to stay within budget.
• Prepare and monitor community budget; ensure budgetary compliance.
• Review monthly financials and prepare variance reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and risk assessments.
• Maintain resident relations and oversee satisfaction surveys.
• Oversee contracts and capital improvement projects.
